First dentist appointment

Nicholas had his first dentist appointment today. It didn't go as bad as I had anticipated. I sat in the chair and put him on my lap so the dentist could look at his teeth and Nicholas did not want to have anything to do with her, so we ended up putting his head in her lap while I held his hands so she could clean his teeth. He was not happy at all, but she gave him a toothbrush that lit up when she was done and he was happy again.
