It has been a very busy season for us. On Christmas morning he was one of the first ones up (of course) and went straight to Santa's leftover milk and cookies. We almost weren't fast enough to take the milk away. but he couldn't have been happier eating the leftover cookies. He didn't seem too interested in his presents, but played more with the wrapping paper and boxes things came in. We spent Christmas with our family and tried to go to the snow, but after sitting in traffic for three hours, turned around and came home. Nicholas got to spend almost two whole days with his cousins!
He is starting to talk more now and is mimicking us a lot! He now says: Ball, Uh-oh, Hi, Bye, Mama, Dada and his favorite word: No. He has been trying to say car and whatever else we ask him to say. He'll be talking our ear off before you know it.
On a side note, we signed our escrow papers yesterday and will be moving within the next few weeks, so we get to spend next Christmas in our own home! We are very excited!! A little stressed with everything we need to do, but very excited!!
