We went to Disneyland today for my birthday and we had such a GREAT day even though it was 103! We started in California Adventure and the longest we had to wait for a ride was five minutes! But the best part was that Nicholas went right up to the characters without crying or anything. We went on everything we wanted to go on and we saw Woody, Jessie, Minnie and Mickey and Nicholas took pictures with all of them. When we were in line to see Mickey a group of french guys saw my Happy Birthday button that I was wearing, and all told me Happy Birthday in french, "Joyeux Anniversaire!"
We met my sister with Kumaka and Kawika at Disneyland, and ran into more characters by the entrance. We saw Mickey, Minne, Pluto and Goofy; so of course we took pictures with them too. We ended up only going on two rides in Disneyland because Nicholas fell asleep, but we ended the night at the Rain Forest Cafe at Downtown Disney. It was one of the best birthday's ever!
