Scrapes on the face

I got a call from the Director at Nicholas' daycare today and was worried as soon as I saw the phone number on the caller id. It turns out that he was sitting on the back of a tricycle and another kid was pedaling him around when he fell off face first. He has a scrape on his nose and his forehead, and just two days before his birthday and a week before school pictures. He seems to be okay though.

On a side note, when I went to put him to bed tonight, he did not want to lay down and immediately stood up and put his leg over the side rail like he wanted to climb out. I hope this doesn't mean a toddler bed is in our near future.
