We had such a great weekend!
On Saturday, we ran errands, and finally ordered Nicholas' new bed! It should be here in about a week. We took Nicholas to the park with the basketball. He wanted to play on the basketball court with the big boys. Jimmy picked him up high enough to throw the ball in the hoop (which never quite made it in) and he loved it! We also went to the playground to play on the slide and swings. Nicholas is getting very brave and climbed up most of the bars by himself. Very scary for mommy, but he was so proud of himself!
On Sunday, we went to Lake Balboa to feed the ducks and fly Nicholas' new (Yo Gabba Gabba) Plex kite. We always have fun feeding the ducks and we got some great pictures! We took him to an open field and opened the kite. After trying for a while, Jimmy finally got it flying. Nicholas was so excited, and when we gave him the kite string to hold the kite, he let it go and just laughed and laughed. It was so funny!
