Nicholas turned three today! He was so excited to finally have his Spider Man birthday! We had bought Nicholas a new Spider Man t-shirt at Disneyland yesterday and gave it to him in the morning to put it on. All he was talking about while we were getting ready was his Spider Man birthday. When he was time to do cake we sang and he blew out his candle and immediately wanted to take the Spider Man figure off of his cake. When he was opening his presents, he wanted to stop and play with everything. Jimmy and I had gotten him jammies, slippers and a blanket (yes boring, but he loved them!) and he wanted to put them on right then and there, which he did. As soon as he was finished opening presents he went around to everyone and gave hugs, much to my surprise, and then had us open all of the toys so he could start playing with them. He gets to celebrate one more time at school on Tuesday and then his birthday will be officially over until next year.
My name is Tara Hernandez and I live in the big city of Los Angeles. I am a Mom, a wife, employee, student, chef, housekeeper, and whatever else comes to mind. The purpose of this blog is to chronicle the moments spent with my boys. I love them so much and wanted to have something to look back on to help remember all of our shared moments together. Enjoy!
