We went to the Underwood Family Farm pumpkin patch today for the second year in a row. It was unbearably hot and we only managed to stay for almost 2 hours, but we took a ton of pictures. Nicholas has been asking to see the pumpkins for a few weeks now and was so happy that we finally went today. We visited the animals and let him feed the goat and chickens before heading over to the pumpkin fields. He tried to pick up most of them and we told him he could pick out a small one to take home, forgetting how particular he is. He picked up at least a dozen, and threw them back down almost immediately and walked away without taking any. Until we got to the car of course. Then he had a melt down and wanted a pumpkin, so Jimmy took him back in and let him pick one out. He picked the smallest pumpkin they had and the lady said that they didn't think that anyone would actually want that one, so we got it for free!
