We overbooked ourselves for the day, and had two birthday parties and a church Christmas party to go to. We started the morning at Nicholas' friend Elissa's birthday party at z park in Calabassas. It was a little cool outside, but they had a Spongebob themed brunch, it was a very cute idea. The kids had fun playing in the park, in the jumpy house and playing Spongebob themed games. Almost right after the kids had cake, it decided to rain, that (and the time) was our queue to go.
Off to Fountain Valley we drove to celebrate Kumaka turning five! The kids got to decorate cupcakes and we had some yummy food. We hung out for a few hours and then it was off to the Christmas party!
The theme was a Who-ville Christmas, and someone had made bows for you to wear. Such a great idea! Santa Claus was there and we got the kids to take a group picture (the only way to get my kids to take a happy picture with Santa).
It was a very long day all in all, but we had a lot of fun at each stop!
